Tasting Notes

A full, well-balanced, medium-dry wine. Light pink in colour and produced with Ortega, Dornfelder and Pinot Noir grapes.

Best served chilled, this wine is refreshingly full of flavour with a hint of English strawberry. Complements spiced dishes and summer BBQ’s well.

Winemaker Notes

Due to Dornfelder’s good acidity and occasional hint of sweetness, it is ideal to blend with Ortega, producing a delicious and well balanced rosé.
