JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join our busy sales team, and for you to start the new year as part of the team of an iconic Kent business. It’s time to make your mark in this exciting role as one of our sales and events executives.
Since the company was founded in 1969, Biddenden has grown its range of wines, ciders and juices two-fold. With everything from the growing, to the production and delivery fulfilled from our site at Biddenden. We are uniquely placed to look after our vast range of customers and be reactive to their needs, we are thriving and looking for someone new to join the team to help us with our next steps.
This isn’t your usual sales job! Your days will be varied, and you will need to be adaptive to the different seasons as we transition through the year. You will thrive on the fast-paced environment we have and be reactive in delivering the best customer experience possible.
The roles primary focus will be on-trade sales across the southeast and therefore will be a field-based role. You will have enthusiasm and passion for selling the whole Biddenden range, building relationships with new and existing customers, reporting monthly on goals and targets. In addition to this you will assist with events, tastings and tours for trade and retail customers on and off site. Some flexible evening and weekend work will be required due to the nature of our business.

Retail & Tasting Assistants, Tour Guides & Events Staff
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to join our team in a range of exciting and varied retail and customer facing roles at our vineyard and outside events.
Applicants should have experience in a customer facing role, and a passion for all things wine, cider and juice! Above all, we are looking for team players with a hands on approach, strong attention to detail and a desire to join the Biddenden family and help us convey our story. Tourism and retail experience preferred, but not essential.
All positions are required for weekends and weekdays, on a part time, casual basis. All applicants must have transport due to the rural location

Production and Vineyard Assistants
We are looking for new members to join our family run production & vineyard team. Are you a hardworking, outgoing individual who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment? Or know someone who is? We need you!!
These positions are full-time and roles to include, working on the bottling line and apple press, vineyard work and other tasks within our business. You should be practical, enthusiastic, have a genuine interest in our industry with attention to detail and happy to work in all weathers with a positive can-do attitude important.
Applicants must be over 18, with own transport and a full clean driving license. A forklift license would be beneficial, but not essential. Renumeration based on experience.
