Exclusively for your group of up to 8 people, our private guided tours are an exciting, informative experience.
We will share with you our family vineyard history and our passion for producing quality English wine.

Our private guided tours are for your own group of up to 8 people, offering you an in depth insight into Biddenden Vineyards’ history and winemaking, led by your own personal guide. Your tour will begin with a walk amongst some of the oldest vines in the country, where your friendly and informative guide will talk you through our grape varieties and the steps we take here at Biddenden to maintain our vines. All of Biddenden’s wines are made from our estate grown grapes and are bottled exclusively here at the vineyard.

You will then be shown around our winery and given an insight into our winemaking techniques, which have been passed down through 3 family generations. You’ll also learn about the equipment we use in the winemaking process to produce our range of award-winning still and sparkling wines, and ensure the excellent quality of our products.

Upon finishing the tour we will have a reserved area ready for you, where you will have a tutored tasting of 6 specially selected still and sparkling wines.

The tour and tasting will last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. If you have any particular interests, do let your guide know and they will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Complete your visit with a delicious sharing board of local cheese, charcuterie, crackers, chutney and seasonal produce, available to order on the day in our Vineyard Shop.
