Our small release Gamay Noir 2025 is a light bodied, fruit forward red wine, boasting vibrant acidity and rich with varietal characteristics. It will dazzle your nose with fresh floral aromas and tart red fruits. Biddenden Gamay Noir is easy drinking and incredibly versatile, pairing well with most dishes, including seafood, charcuterie and spicy dishes.
Produced with exclusively estate grown grapes from our third-generation, family-owned estate located in Kent, the Garden of England. This Wine has undergone the CARBONIC FACTOR, a popular fermentation technique called carbonic maceration; many youthful Gamays having undergone this process often giving the wine a playful factor.
