Winemaker Notes

"Pinot Noir is a variety that thrives here in Kent, and we are delighted to release this special still expression from the exceptional 2025 harvest. The fruit was carefully hand-picked at optimum ripeness, allowing us to capture the delicate aromatics and vibrant red-fruit character that Pinot Noir is renowned for. Our aim was to produce a red that reflects both the character of the variety and the distinctive freshness of the Garden of England — refined, fruit-driven and wonderfully versatile with food.

Similar to our Gamay Noir, we will only produce a still red Pinot Noir in exceptional years with Indian Summer conditions and, since our last release in 2016, we have been looking for the right opportunity to produce this wine again.
