Tasting Notes
A limited edition, dry, full fruit wine, made using single varietal Ortega, picked from a specially selected block of vines in late September 2022. These particular vines are over 40 years old, so some of the oldest and most established on the Biddenden estate. Under 500 bottles of this wine have been produced, each of which is individually numbered.
Winemaker Notes
A 11.5% ABV white wine which is packed full of flavours and has intensified characteristics that our Ortega is so well known for. It is well balanced, with a distinctive fragrance and great body.
