Visiting us:

  • When is your vineyard shop open?– Our vineyard shop is open Monday-Friday, 9-5. Weekend opening times vary dependant on season. Up to date opening times and more information about our vineyard shop can be found here.
  • When do you offer tours?– For the 2022 season, self-guided and private guided tours will run from the 20th April- September. More information about our self-guided tours can be found here. For information about private guided tours, or to make a booking, please click here.

Online Orders:

  • When will my order be delivered?– Orders are dispatched on a next working day service. Please see our delivery notes below for more information.
  • Do you ship internationally?– At this time we only ship orders within the UK.
  • How do I purchase a gift voucher?– More information about our gift vouchers can be found here. If you have any questions or would like any more information please call the office on 01580 291726.
  • I haven’t received my order.- We are sorry to hear there has been a problem with the delivery of your order. Your DHL tracking link should give you an update on the delivery status. If we are aware of any problems we will contact you as soon as possible. If you require any further assistance please call the office on 01580 291726.
  • How much is delivery?– Delivery fees are worked out at checkout based on products ordered and reflect the best rates we can offer for a next day service.
  • Can I add a message with my order?– Yes! There is an optional gift notes section on the checkout page for your message. We will then write this as a hand written note with your order. Please write your message as you would like it written e.g. including a to/ from if you wish. If you have any additional notes for your order, e.g. delivery instructions, please write these in the separate ‘order notes’ field.
  • Will an invoice be sent with my order?– We do not send invoices or copies of any order information with your order.
  • I haven’t received an order confirmation or tracking email.– Please check your junk/spam folder. If this has not been received, please contact us via our live chat form to confirm your email address and we will confirm your order and delivery status.
  • I can’t place an order.– Please call the office on 01580 291726 and we will be happy to help.

Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day on a next working day service, although this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched next working day and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, excluding bank holidays which will be next working day.

A tracking email will be sent when your order is dispatched where you will be able to track and reschedule delivery direct with the courier if necessary.  

Please use the notes section to indicate any specific delivery instructions e.g a safe place to leave your order.
