A fully dry example of Ortega, displaying appealing fresh aromas of green apple, grapefruit and flora. Packed full of flavour, this wine has intensified characteristics that our Ortega is so well known for. It is well balanced, with a distinctive fragrance and great body.
Winemaker Notes
A dry, full fruit wine, made using single varietal Ortega, picked from a specially selected block of vines in late September 2023. These particular vines are over 50 years old, the oldest and most established on the Biddenden estate and in the country. A limited number of bottles are produced each year with each vintage celebrating a new chapter in Biddenden’s family vineyard history.
