Good structure with a clean finish and attractive bready, baked notes. Intense and supple, this is clean, fresh and has depth. Made by the traditional method with Pinot Noir, Reichensteiner, Scheurebe and Ortega

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day on a next working day service, although this cannot be guaranteed. Winemaker Notes

"Pinot Noir is one of the primary varieties used in sparkling wine production. It prefers a cooler climate and needs to remain on the vine long enough to capture the aromatics and fruit flavours.

Reichensteiner was bred in Germany in 1939, it is mainly grown in Germany, England and New Zealand.

Scheurebe is a crossing of Riesling and Bukettrebe and is one of the popular aromatic varieties.

Ortega grapes ripen early and are known for their low acidity and high sugar levels. Ortega covers just over half of the vineyard. "
