Tasting Notes

A full, well-balanced, medium-dry wine. Pale pink in colour and produced with Dornfelder and Ortega grapes.

This limited edition 150cl magnum is perfect served chilled for enjoying at summer occasions shared with friends & family.

Refreshingly full of flavour, fresh and crisp, with a hint of English strawberry, this attractive rosé is the ideal pairing for a summer BBQ or picnic, and will work well with lightly spiced dishes. Also delicious simply served by the glass to accompany a light lunch or grazing board in the sunshine.

Winemaker Notes

Due to Dornfelder’s good acidity and occasional hint of sweetness, it is ideal to blend with Ortega, producing a delicious and well balanced rosé.
