Our traditional cider is allowed to mature in Oak Whisky barrels for up to 18 months, drawing out the rich, smoky, oaked flavours. The result is a stronger 13% cider with a deep amber colour, created using the Barnes family’s traditional recipe using a blend of Kent grown, orchard ripe culinary & dessert apples.
Intended to be drunk as a ‘sipper’ in the same way as a Port or Sherry, Biddenden Special Reserve may also be used to make a longer Pimms-style drink by adding lemonade, ice and a generous helping of fruit.
