With the weekend arriving and English wine week drawing to a close, it’s time to turn the spotlight back to our sparkling wines.
Gribble Bridge Rosé 2014 is produced solely from the Gamay grape, to create an off-dry sparkling rosé with blushing damask rose tones which come to life thanks to the inexhaustible stream of bubbles. The palate conjures up sweet summer fruit, think strawberry, raspberry & pear, with a half-squeeze of lemon.
Our Gamay vines are over 30 years old and add distinctive characteristics to this wine. All grapes are hand picked before being pressed on site and the sparkling wine is then produced in the traditional method. A delicious summer wine, perfect for enjoying with friends.
