With the continued warm weather looking set to stay, what better time could there be to release our new 2019 vintage of Gribble Bridge Rosé?
Made using a blend of Dornfelder & Ortega, this wine is produced by the traditional manner by overnight maceration of the fruit prior to pressing. This helps intensify the full fruit flavour, which is medium-dry with notes of raspberry.
All of our wines are made solely using grapes grown here at Biddenden, meaning that we work with the vines from pruning right through to pressing, ensuring that we are able to grow grapes of the very best quality possible and pick at optimum ripeness.
The winemaking process is undertaken in house, drawing on three generations of experience & expertise and the majority of our wines are sold from the cellar door – albeit currently with the help of our courier to bring Biddenden to your door whilst we are closed to visitors!
