Retail Manager and Marketing Co-ordinator
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Retail Manager and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team and help build on our continual success.
The Retail Manager and Marketing Co-ordinator will play a leading role in all the operations involved in the retail side of our business whilst helping to co-ordinate our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wines, ciders and juices and all things Kent, with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset and the ability to manage the retail team, delivering and reporting to the General Manager on our retail objectives. We are looking for someone who is hands on and a natural brand ambassador who will ensure all our customers and guests get the best experience.
This is a 5 in 7 day working position. With Saturdays being a requirement within peak season. Evening work may also be required. Applicants must be over 18 with a full driving license and own transport due to rural location. You will be required to attend off site events

Production and Vineyard Assistants
We are looking for new members to join our family run production & vineyard team. Are you a hardworking, outgoing individual who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment? Or know someone who is? We need you!!
These positions are fulltime and roles to include, working on the bottling line and apple press, vineyard work and other tasks within our business. You should be practical, enthusiastic, have a genuine interest in our industry with attention to detail and happy to work in all weathers with a positive can-do attitude important.
Applicants must be over 18, with own transport and a full clean driving license. A forklift license would be beneficial, but not essential. Renumeration based on experience.

Retail & Tasting Assistants, Tour Guides & Events Staff
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to join our team in a range of exciting and varied retail and customer facing roles at our vineyard and outside events.
Applicants should have experience in a customer facing role, and a passion for all things wine, cider and juice! Above all, we are looking for team players with a hands on approach, strong attention to detail and a desire to join the Biddenden family and help us convey our story. Tourism and retail experience preferred, but not essential.
All positions are required for weekends and weekdays, on a part time, casual basis.
