Marketing and Customer Experience Manager
A rare opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as Marketing and Customer Experience Manager at Biddenden Vineyards.
We are looking for someone to join us on a full time basis to oversee and deliver our Marketing strategy, as well as representing us at events including tastings, conferences, tourism and hospitality membership organisations and networking events. With a long established and respected history as Kent’s original vineyard, we are looking for someone with the vision to enhance and develop our brand sales, effectively communicating key and consistent messaging to our target audience through digital and printed media, whilst staying true to our values as a third generation family business.
From private tastings to flagship wine tradeshows, local produce markets to the Kent County show, our Biddenden bar is a well-known feature at events across the county and beyond. You would be responsible for key duties within the planning and logistical set up and smooth running of our stands at these events and ensuring we are always best represented.
Linked closely to other elements of the role, the successful applicant will also be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of our retail outfit, tour and hospitality offering. Working with our dedicated staff team, developing our customer experience and calendar of vineyard events.
Joining a small team, and working within our busy office, flexibility and a can do attitude is essential with the role also including involvement in the shared duties of the day to day running of the business.
Due to our rural location in Biddenden, own transport is essential. Please note this is a full time office based role and occasional weekend and evening work will be required.

Production and Vineyard Assistants
We are looking for new members to join our family run production & vineyard team. Are you a hardworking, outgoing individual who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment? Or know someone who is? We need you!!
These positions are fulltime and roles to include, working on the bottling line and apple press, vineyard work and other tasks within our business. You should be practical, enthusiastic, have a genuine interest in our industry with attention to detail and happy to work in all weathers with a positive can-do attitude important.
Applicants must be over 18, with own transport and a full clean driving license. A forklift license would be beneficial, but not essential. Renumeration based on experience.

Retail & Tasting Assistants, Tour Guides & Events Staff
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to join our team in a range of exciting and varied retail and customer facing roles at our vineyard and outside events.
Applicants should have experience in a customer facing role, and a passion for all things wine, cider and juice! Above all, we are looking for team players with a hands on approach, strong attention to detail and a desire to join the Biddenden family and help us convey our story. Tourism and retail experience preferred, but not essential.
All positions are required for weekends and weekdays, on a part time, casual basis.
