By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Instagram from any and all liability associated with this promotion. This promotion is run by Biddenden Vineyards Ltd. Entries must be submitted by 5pm on Thursday 17th December 2020. Please read these sweepstake rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a sweepstake you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. To enter, you must follow @biddendenvineyard, like the post & comment with the name of the person you would share a magnum of Pinot Reserve with. A share to Instagram stories will count as an additional entry (please note if your account is private, we will not be able to count this as an entry.)
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
4. The winner will be one entrant selected at random from entries on Instagram & facebook.
5. The closing date is 5pm on Thursday 17th December 2020, and Biddenden Vineyards Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
6. If you win the sweepstake, we will notify you by direct message on the channel you entered (Instagram or Facebook). If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within one week, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another sweepstake entrant.
7. The prize is one Joyce Magnum of Biddenden Pinot Reserve and delivery to one UK address.
8. The prize is not transferable to another person.
9. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.
10. We will not use your information for anything other than an entry into the sweepstake and this will not be passed on to any third parties. Your information will be processed in line with Biddenden Vineyards Ltd’s privacy policy.
11. Biddenden Vineyards reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
