Biddenden Bacchus 2018 is now available, complete with a newly rebranded label, to bring it inline with our Gribble Bridge range of wines, which also underwent a rebrand earlier this year.
A dry, full fruit, English alternative to Sauvignon, this is one of the country’s most interesting grape varieties for still wine. The grapes have a strong, distinctive aromatic flavour which develop well in the bottle over time.
Made using grapes grown here on the Biddenden estate, which are picked by hand to ensure optimum ripeness. Bacchus is one of our smaller release wines, which is always eagerly awaited. We have planted additional vineyards in order to grow the production of this wine, which will begin to produce wine-quality fruit in the coming 3-5 years.
