Introducing our newest Sparkling Wine – and this one’s a little bit different!
Best known for Biddenden Ortega – our still, fruity, white wine – we’ve taken advantage of the amazing harvest of 2018 and created a sparkling, Demi-sec wine which we feel really showcases the delicious floral flavours of this variety.
Medium-sweet, this sparkling wine is aromatic with sweet, green apple undertones. Delicious as an aperitif, it will also pair beautifully with cheese, especially soft cheeses, as well as working well as an alternative to a dessert wine served alongside sweet puddings.
Biddenden Sparkling Ortega Demi-Sec 2018 is available to order for nationwide delivery via our online shop as well as direct from our vineyard shop which is open Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm.
