Joint Group Tours

All of our joint group tours are listed below. These are tours of Biddenden Vineyards combined with other Kent tourism attractions at a fantastic price. Most of these tours are for 15 people or more, unfortunately we are unable to combine small groups into one booking and are unable to accept bookings for less than the minimum number of people stated under each individual tour description. If there are less than 15 of you please see our private guided tour page.

Please also consider the weather conditions on the day of your visit and bring suitable footwear, like wellies, you can change into for walking round the vineyard.

Vines, Wines & Railway Lines

Arrive at Biddenden Vineyards at 12 noon for a Ploughman’s platter served with a glass of wine, followed by a guided tour of the vineyard and winery. At 2.40pm it’s time to depart for Tenterden Station to join the train for a nostalgic trip back in time on a steam train from a bygone era whilst enjoying a Kentish cream tea.

Nuts About Wine

Arrive at Biddenden Vineyards at 10.30am and enjoy a guided tour through the vineyard and winery followed by a Ploughman’s platter served with a glass of wine. Depart at 1pm for Potash Farm for a village and farm walk, a splendid educational opportunity to learn the ins and outs of commercial cobnut production followed by tea or coffee and biscuits and a chance to browse the exclusive range of Kentish Cobnut, Walnut, Chestnut, Almond and Pecan nut products.

Narrow Lines & Wines

Arrive at Hythe Station for a ride on the train departing at 10.20am for New Romney. At New Romney there is plenty of time to visit the Railway Museum or have a cup of tea. From here to Biddenden your coach will take you through some delightful Kentish scenery. On arrival at Biddenden at 12.45pm you will be served a Ploughman’s platter and a glass of wine. Then it’s time for a guided tour of the vineyard and the chance to taste and buy some of the excellent wines and ciders produced at the vineyard.

Kentish Cheese & Wine

Arrive at Biddenden Vineyards at 11.30am for a guided tour of the vineyard and winery followed by a Ploughman’s platter served with Winterdale cheese, local ham and a glass of wine. At 1.30pm depart for Winterdale Cheesemakers, for a guided tour of the dairy & cave, followed by cheese tastings and a Kentish cream tea in a truly rural setting.

Lavender and Wine

Arrive at Biddenden Vineyards at 11.30am and enjoy a guided tour through the vineyard and winery followed by a glass of sparkling wine served with your Ploughman’s platter. Depart at 1.30pm for Castle Farm. Take in the fabulous views while you tour the Lavender fields and in the distillery learn the whole process of this truly English product. Enjoy an apple juice tasting and visit the shop with the opportunity to purchase all the Lavender products produced on the farm.
